Genevieve & John,
Thank you SO much for meeting with me this morning and congratulations once again on your engagement! Your enthusiasm for your day is palpable, and hearing you both share about your plans and hopes for your day made me excited as well.
You will be getting married next summer on Saturday July 25th 2026 at the magical Bella Luna Farms.
It’s important to you that your wedding feels like a woodland fairytale, with an “unreasonable” amount of lanterns, soft lighting and lots of moss and greenery, bringing your love for gardening into your day, Genevieve.
John, you would like it a festive, vibrant atmosphere as well where the reception feels lively and energetic with a party AND afterparty friends and family will remember for a long time.
Photos wise, you want the flow to feel candid and organic, with a necessary smattering of beautiful portraits without feeling too stiff or staged throughout the day. You want your First Look in the herb garden and portraits in the dappled light of the grapehouse.
I have to say I’m impressed with the level of detail you already have for your day, and can’t wait to share my vision with you!

Based on our discovery call, here’s what we suggest…
PHOTOGRAPHY COVERAGE
2 Photographers: Jenn Tai and a second photographer, up to 8 hrs
DELIVERABLES
Curated, edited high-resolution digital images in jpg format licensed to you in perpetuity royalty-free (we average a minimum of 100 finished photos per hour).
SPECIAL RETOUCHING FOR 50 SELECTS
We provide more advanced retouching for up to 50 photos, if needed. This includes enlargements, skin retouching, removal of objects and advanced Photoshopping.
ONLINE GALLERY & SLIDESHOW
Up to 5 years (or more if needed). Password protected with convenient retail options.
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY/MEDIA TEAM PLANNING
We work closely with your wedding team to make sure photo and video (with PixelDust) is a seamless part of your celebration. Good planning makes good photos and videos.

Additions to Consider
REHEARSAL DINNER COVERAGE: $1,800 for two hours (pre-discount)
As mentioned during our consult, if you’re planning a rehearsal dinner or welcome party and would like coverage, you will enjoy our discounted rate of coverage. Please let us know six months prior, if you’d like this photographed, so we can make sure we’re available.
ENGAGEMENT SESSION WITH JENN: Free at this price point (one hour within Seattle)
You can also use this hour (if not needed) for more wedding day or pre-wedding photography coverage.
Suggested Wedding Photo/Video TIMELINE
8 Hours, two Photographers
2:00 pm – Coverage commences with Getting Ready photos
3:00 pm – First look, followed by couple portraits around Bella Luna Farms
4:00 pm – Group photos
4:30 pm – All formal photos done, R&R, details and decor, arrivals
5:30 pm – Ceremony
6:00 pm – Cocktail hour
7:00 pm – Dinner begins
8:00 pm – Reception events: Speeches, Dances, Cake cutting, 15 mins “golden hour” photos
9:00 pm – Sunset, party time
10:00 pm – Coverage concludes
Need more time? Additional hourly rates (pre-discount):
- Jenn: $900 for each additional hour
- Second photographer: $200 for each additional hour (has to be engaged in tandem with principal photographer)

Secure Your Date
Your date will be secured once you sign our electronic contract and pay your date reservation fee via a Quickbooks Online Invoice (emailed to you after the contract is signed).

Finalize Your Details
One month before your wedding, you’ll pay your remaining balance, and fill out a questionnaire to let us know all your final wedding details so we can provide smooth, stress-free wedding photography!
