WOW! There are not enough words to properly explain and gloat about how wonderful our experience was. Jenn was the highlight of our wedding vendors. We interviewed a handful and felt an instant connection. Not only is she super professional and great at what she does, she makes being photographed fun and easy! She photographed both our engagement photos and our wedding. For our engagement photos she made both of us feel super comfortable not only in front of the camera, but also packing on the PDA at Sculpture Park lol. The photos were fantastic and really did capture who we are as a couple! Fast forward to our wedding. She was super organized, able to keep our family in line (it can be like herding cats) but most importantly, she was super inclusive to all of our family and friends. Our photos are beautiful and candid. Looking at them makes you feel like you were there on the day. We will recommend Jenn to all our friends and family and continue to use her as our family grows! Did I mention she's also hilarious. You'd be doing a disservice to your event not to hire her!

Jenn is truly an amazing person to work with. When my husband and I set out to find our wedding photographer we immediately fell in love with Jenn's photos. She captures so many special moments in such an artistic way. There's nothing "cookie cutter" about how she photographs her clients. After meeting Jenn we knew instantly that we wanted to work with her. She's professional and incredibly responsive, but also is relaxed and very fun to work with. Jenn ventured out into a snowstorm with us for our engagement photos and then actually laid down on the floor during our reception to take photographs of our guests dancing. So aside from talent which I had already mentioned in my review from before and being able to capture emotion like no other, she also kept our wedding on track. Jenn is super organized, and emailed me a thorough timeline of how/when we should do photos in an organized manner, and as a rigid time/punctual person this helped me out massively. It really kept everything on schedule and I am so glad Jenn was there to do just that on the day of. You can tell she's well experienced in the wedding industry, and I needed that kind of experience/advice on my side. I'm also amazed at the rapid turnaround time. She took *SOOO* many photos and was able to get me my album within 1 month of the wedding. I was expecting it to take much longer. Trust me now - book her for your big day and you will NOT regret it. Jenn was our photographer for our 2020 elopement as well as our big wedding reception in 2022. I’m not exaggerating when I say that before we decided on a date for our 2022 wedding reception, I checked to make sure Jenn was available. She is that good. She’s an incredibly skilled photographer but I think what truly sets her apart is how warm and kind she is. She makes you feel comfortable no matter how awkward you feel in front of the camera. Where do we even begin?! We already knew we wanted Jenn to be our photographer after seeing her past work, but after our initial meeting with her, it solidified our decision even more because of her warm and bubbly personality! Jenn was super communicative, responsive, and understanding throughout our entire wedding process, which included a stressful COVID postponement. She made us feel so comfortable during our engagement shoot. We both initially felt awkward and didn't know how to pose (what do you do with your hands?!), but Jenn was able to make us relax and enjoy the moments with each other. She captured our genuine smiles, laughs, and personalities through her photos. We had anticipated our wedding day to be stressful, running behind, and a hot mess. But thanks to Jenn and Kelly, everything ran smoothly, we were way ahead of schedule, and it was so calm we even had time to relax before the ceremony began. Jenn and Kelly arrived early to scope out spots around the venue for our first look and portraits. We got married in the middle of November, and somehow they managed to make our photos look like the middle of summer! Jenn is a master in capturing beautiful candid moments that help us relive our wedding day every time we look at our photos. We even got our wedding photos way earlier than we had anticipated, which was a great surprise! 10/10 would definitely recommend Jenn Tai & Co!!!

Jenn Tai & Co is Seattle’s favorite wedding photographers specializing in heartfelt, candid wedding photography and portraits.
We serve our beautiful Pacific Northwest and accept worldwide commissions. Established in 2007, we have won several awards for our documentary work while maintaining a clean, timeless style with our portraits.
Wedding photography is an amalgamation of several photography types; portraits, photojournalism, product, fashion, editorial and even architectural photography sometimes! We aim to document the complete story of your wedding day, and create a visual heirloom collection for you in the form of albums and prints that can be cherished for generations.
As Seattle’s premier wedding photographers, Jenn and her team (all of whom own their own photography companies!) are a result of thoughtful collaboration, with “community over competition” as our mantra. The world of photography is changing and we aim to bring with us old school service and progressive techniques.
