Thank you SO much for meeting with me today! I enjoyed getting to know the both of you, and look forward to documenting your wedding celebration.
The two of you will be getting married next summer on Saturday August 8th 2026 at Fox Hollow Farm. Your celebration will integrate some elements to honor your combined Chinese and Korean heritages, while making sure it’s a fun experience for friends and loved ones. The festivities will also include a tea ceremony the day prior.
It’s important to you that your wedding feels stress-free, elevated and elegant, yet fun and relaxing as you will have family flying in from Korea. You want photography that’s candid yet refined, and some elegant coverage on film as well.

PHOTOGRAPHY COVERAGE FOR TEA CEREMONY & BANQUET FRIDAY AUG 7TH 2025
1 Photographer: Jenn Tai, up to four hours
PHOTOGRAPHY COVERAGE FOR WEDDING CEREMONY & RECEPTION SATURDAY AUG 8TH 2025
1 Photographer: Jenn Tai, up to eight hours
Complimentary: 1 hour engagement photography that can be rolled into wedding day or tea ceremony, if unused
DELIVERABLES
Photography: Curated, edited high-resolution digital images in jpg format licensed to you in perpetuity royalty-free (we average a minimum of 50 photos per hour).
MINOR RETOUCHING FOR 50 SELECTS
We provide more advanced retouching for up to 50 photos, if needed. This includes enlargements, skin retouching, removal of objects.
ONLINE GALLERY & SLIDESHOW
Up to 5 years (or more if needed). Password protected with convenient retail options.
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY PLANNING
We will work closely with you to execute photography according to your wedding day plans

Upgrades to Consider
FILM COVERAGE
As mentioned at our consult, we charge $100 per roll of 120 medium format film (16 exposures) or 35mm film (36 exposures). This includes the cost of film, photography, developing and scanning. You will get all the frames, including the negatives. You can choose how many rolls we shoot (5-10 recommended). Depending on how many is used, we will invoice post coverage.
Ballpark cost per wedding is $1,000 for ten rolls.
SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER
Locked-in* associates Brandon or Kelly: $600 an hour
Available wedding pros: $200 an hour
Minimum six hours needed to book. Please inquire to book at least 3 months before your wedding. Hours have to be used in tandem with main photographer.
Ballpark cost per wedding ranges from $1,200 – $4,800 depending on the pro hired and number of hours needed.
*This rate ensures a seasoned Jenn Tai & Co photographer is confirmed as Jenn’s second at booking, versus an available, independent Seattle pro hired a few months before your wedding. While all our pros (independent and otherwise) have over 10 years experience, this is added assurance that a trusted and experienced pro is able to stand in for Jenn should the unthinkable occur.

1:30pm – Coverage commences with a few getting ready photos
2:30pm – First Look, followed by group portraits with immediate family
3:15pm – Portraits of Alyson & Jonathan around Fox Hollow
4:15 pm – Formal photos done, rest and regroup, arrivals, details
5:00 pm – Ceremony
5:30 pm – Cocktails, signing
6:30 pm – Entrance to dinner
7:30pm – Speeches?
8:00pm – Golden hour photos (15 mins) with Alyson & Jonathan
8:30pm – Signature dances
8:32pm Sunset
9:30pm Coverage Concludes
Need more time? Additional hourly rates:
- Jenn: $900 for each additional hour
- Second photographer: $200 for each additional hour (has to be engaged in tandem with principal photographer)

Secure Your Date
Your date will be secured once you sign the electronic contract, and pay a 50% date reservation fee via a Quickbooks Online Invoice, which follows after we’ve signed your contract.

Finalize Your Details
One month before your wedding, you’ll pay your remaining balance, and fill out a questionnaire to let us know all your final wedding details so we can provide smooth, stress-free wedding photography!
