Wedding Coverage Proposal
for E-ANN & BYRAN
E-Ann & Byran,
Thank you SO much for meeting with me yesterday! I enjoyed getting to know the both of you, and look forward to documenting your wedding celebration.
The two of you will be getting married next summer on Saturday August 8th 2026 at Woodmark Hotel & Still Spa. Your celebration will integrate some elements to honor your Taiwanese Chinese heritage, while making sure it’s a fun experience for friends and loved ones. The festivities will also include a unique ceremony that will incorporate “door games” and a karaoke dance after-party. As an added fun activity for your guests, you’d like to incorporate a video confessional/interview for your guests to leave well wishes.
It’s important to you that your wedding feels elevated and elegant, yet fun and relaxing as most of your guests will be friends visiting the PNW. With that, you want photography that’s candid yet refined while maintaining a natural flow.

Based on our discovery call and further insight from your wedding planners Candice and Christopher, here’s what we suggest:
PROPOSAL A
PHOTO & VIDEO COVERAGE
2 Photographers: Jenn Tai and a pro, up to 8 hours wedding day
1 Videographer: Peter Kim, up to 8 hours wedding day
Complimentary: 1 hour engagement photography that can be rolled into wedding day if unused
DELIVERABLES
Photography: Curated, edited high-resolution digital images in jpg format licensed to you in perpetuity royalty-free (we average a minimum of 50 photos per hour).
Videography: 6-8 minute highlight reel, full footage videos of ceremony and speeches, video compilation of well wishes from participating guests
MINOR RETOUCHING FOR 50 SELECTS
We provide more advanced retouching for up to 50 photos, if needed. This includes enlargements, skin retouching, removal of objects.
ONLINE GALLERY & SLIDESHOW
Up to 5 years (or more if needed). Password protected with convenient retail options.
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY PLANNING
We work closely with your wedding planner Candice and Christopher of Luth Weddings to make sure photography is a seamless part of your celebration. Good planning makes good photos!

Tweaks to Consider
ENGAGEMENT SESSION: Complimentary
Since you’ve already planned your engagement session with another photographer, this hour can be rolled into your wedding day for Jenn or your second photographer to stay another hour, totaling 9 hours of coverage.
FILM COVERAGE
As mentioned at our consult, we charge $100 per roll of 120 medium format film (16 exposures) or 35mm film (35 exposures). This includes the cost of film, photography, developing and scanning. You will get all the frames, including the negatives. You can choose how many rolls we shoot and which portion of the day you’d like to use these rolls on. Most clients have opted for 5-10 rolls, and to use film for some details, portraits and fun shots during party time.
YOUR BUDGET, YOUR CHOICE
To bring costs within budget, you may consider other videographers if video is of a lesser priority over photos. You are under no obligation to hire ours.
Similarly, you can also opt for fewer hours of coverage with a second photographer. We have a six-hour minimum.
Sample Wedding Coverage TIMELINE
1:30pm – Coverage commences with a few getting ready photos
2:30pm – First Look, followed by group portraits with family and wedding party
3:15pm – Portraits of E-Ann & Byran around Woodmark
4:15 pm – Formal photos done, rest and regroup, arrivals, details
5:00 pm – Ceremony
5:30 pm – Boat ride, signing of documents, rejoin cocktail hour with guests
6:30 pm – Entrance to dinner
7:30pm – Speeches?
8:00pm – Golden hour photos (15 mins) for just E-Ann & Byran
8:30pm – Signature dances
8:32pm Sunset
9:30pm Coverage Concludes
Need more time? Additional hourly rates:
- Jenn: $900 for each additional hour
- Pete: $700 for each additional hour
- Second photographer: $250 for each additional hour (has to be engaged in tandem with principal photographer)
- You can roll your unused engagement session hour to any of these.

Confirm Your Services
We have prepared two proposals for you based on our consult and insight from your wedding planners Luth Weddings & Events. Let us know which you’d like, or if you’d like to further modify the final quote.

Secure Your Date
Your date will be secured once you sign the electronic contract, and pay a 50% date reservation fee via a Quickbooks Online Invoice.

Finalize Your Details
One month before your wedding, you’ll pay your remaining balance, and fill out a questionnaire to let us know all your final wedding details so we can provide smooth, stress-free wedding photography!
