Thank you SO much for meeting with me today! I enjoyed getting to know the both of you, and look forward to documenting your wedding celebration.
The two of you will be getting married next spring on Saturday April 11th 2026 possibly at St James Cathedral with your celebration at the Hyatt Lake Washington. You will also be having a tea ceremony this November 29th 2025 at Ascend Bellevue.
You value candid photography more than the staged or posed stuff, which is important but not your preference. You also wish to integrate video into both days.

Based on our discovery call, here’s what we suggest:
PHOTO + VIDEO COVERAGE FOR TEA CEREMONY SAT NOV 29TH 2025
1 Photographer: Jenn Tai, up to 2 hours | 1 Videographer: Peter Kim, up to 2 hours
PHOTO + VIDEO COVERAGE FOR WEDDING CEREMONY & RECEPTION SAT APR 11TH 2026
2 Photographers: Jenn Tai and associate, up to 8 hours
1 Videographer: Peter Kim, up to 8 hours
ENGAGEMENT SESSION
Complimentary one hour engagement session within Seattle – may be rolled into wedding day coverage with Jenn (one hour)
DELIVERABLES
Photography: Curated, edited high-resolution digital images in jpg format licensed to you in perpetuity royalty-free (we average a minimum of 50 photos per hour).
Videography: 6-8 min highlight reel, full footage videos of ceremony, speeches and formal dances.
ADVANCED RETOUCHING FOR 50 SELECTS (PHOTOS)
We provide more advanced retouching for up to 50 photos, if needed. This includes enlargements, skin retouching, removal of objects.
ONLINE GALLERY & SLIDESHOW
Up to 5 years (or more if needed). Password protected with convenient retail options.
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY PLANNING
We will work closely with you or your planner to execute photography according to your wedding day plans

Upgrades to Consider
FILM COVERAGE
We charge $100 per roll of 120 medium format film (16 exposures) or 35mm film (36 exposures). This includes the cost of film, photography, developing and scanning. You will get all the frames, including the negatives. You can choose how many rolls we shoot (5-10 recommended). Depending on how many is used, we will invoice post coverage.
Ballpark cost per wedding is $1,000 for ten rolls.
ALBUMS
Our photo albums start at $1,268 per book for our smallest. You can peruse our album brochure for more info.
ENGAGEMENT SESSION
Since your quote is over $8,000, you get a complimentary engagement session of one hour. If unused, you may roll this hour into your wedding day coverage (this applies only to photography with Jenn).

4:20pm – A few Bride and Groom JUST MARRIED photos at church (15 mins) | Everyone else leaves for reception
4:45pm – Meagan & Vishwas leave for reception
5:00 pm – Cocktail hour begins at hotel
5:30pm – Meagan & Vishwas arrive at reception, extended fam photos
6:00 pm – Cocktail hour concludes | Guests ushered to dinner

- Jenn: $850 for each additional hour
- Second photographer: $200 for each additional hour (has to be engaged in tandem with principal photographer)
- Pete: $650 for each additional hour

- Saving “first look” and anticipation for the aisle
- Fewer bride and groom photos (after ceremony, 10-15 mins at church)
- Bride and groom will miss cocktail hour (hour used for photos at church)

- More bride and groom photo time (before ceremony, at hotel)

Book Your Wedding MEDIA SERVICES

Confirm Your Services
Once you’ve booked and confirmed your wedding day venue(s), we will prepare an official quote and contract for your signatures. We will need two email addresses (one for each of you) to proceed.

Secure Your Date
Your date will be secured once you sign the electronic contract, and pay a 50% date reservation fee via a Quickbooks Online Invoice, which follows after we’ve signed your contract.

Finalize Your Details
One month before your wedding, you’ll pay your remaining balance, and fill out a questionnaire to let us know all your final wedding details so we can provide smooth, stress-free wedding photography!
