Thank you SO much for meeting with me yesterday! I enjoyed getting to know you both with your mom Pratharna, and listen to your stories! You both have an easy, comfortable chemistry yet your excitement was quietly brimming. It was very sweet to witness ☺️.
You will be getting married next summer on Friday July 2nd and Saturday July 3rd 2027, at the Four Seasons Seattle and Chateau Lill in Woodinville.
It’s important to you that your wedding honors family and tradition, that your wedding photography is elevated with a strong mix of candids and editorial portraits, that the editing be vibrant and true to color. You both have mentioned the word “balance” in the style, not wanting a look that’s too dark and moody, or overblown light and airy, honoring the celebration of color that will be a main focus of your wedding.
Your two-day celebration will be an event to remember with Hoffwell Living at the helm, and a media team that works seamlessly together for a memorable weekend.

PHOTOGRAPHY COVERAGE
1 Photographer: Jenn Tai for an engagement session in Seattle of up to 90 mins (complimentary)
2 Photographers: Jenn Tai and an experienced pro on Day 1, for up to 5 hours
3 Photographers: Jenn Tai and two experienced pros on Day 2, for up to 16 hours
DELIVERABLES
Curated, edited high-resolution digital images in JPG format licensed to you in perpetuity royalty-free. This includes film scans (35mm).
SPECIAL RETOUCHING FOR 100 SELECTS
We provide more advanced retouching for up to 100 photos where needed. This includes enlargements, skin retouching, removal of objects and advanced Photoshopping.
ONLINE GALLERY & SLIDESHOW
Up to 5 years, password protected with convenient retail options.
PROFESSIONAL COVERAGE PLANNING
We work closely with your wedding team to make sure photo and video is a seamless part of your celebration. Good planning makes good photos!

9:00 am – All formals done, rest/hide, guest arrivals, decor photos

Secure Your Date
Your date will be secured once you sign our electronic contract and pay your date reservation fee via a Quickbooks Online Invoice (emailed to you after the contract is signed). The next step will be to schedule your engagement session with me!

Finalize Your Details
One month before your wedding, you’ll pay your remaining balance, and fill out a questionnaire to let us know all your final wedding details so we can provide smooth, stress-free wedding photography!
