Thank you SO much for meeting with me this afternoon. I enjoyed getting to know the both of you in the short time we shared together.
You will be getting married next spring on Saturday April 19th 2025, at a venue TBD. You’re looking for a place in the Greater Seattle area where all of its natural splendor can be appreciated, somewhere close to water and surrounded by green.
It’s important to you that your wedding photography feels unscripted and natural, organic yet refined. You want to honor your international guests, family and friends AND each other in your celebration.

Wedding Coverage PROPOSAL
Based on our discovery call, here’s what we suggest:
PHOTO COVERAGE
1 Photographer: Jenn Tai for up to 8 hours wedding day
1 Photographer: Jenn Tai for 1 hour engagement session
DELIVERABLES
Curated, edited high-resolution digital images in jpg format licensed to you in perpetuity royalty-free (we average a minimum of 100 finished photos per hour).
SPECIAL RETOUCHING FOR 20 SELECTS
We provide more advanced retouching for up to 20 photos, if needed. This includes enlargements, skin retouching, removal of objects and advanced Photoshopping.
ONLINE GALLERY & SLIDESHOW
Up to 1 year (or more if needed). Password protected with convenient retail options.
PROFESSIONAL COVERAGE PLANNING
We work closely with your wedding team to make sure photography is a seamless part of your celebration. Good planning makes good photos!

8 Hours, ONE Photographer, WITH FIRST LOOK
2:00 pm – Coverage commences with Getting Ready photos at venue
3:00 pm – First look, followed by couple portraits around venue
4:00 pm – Group photos (family, wedding party)
4:30 pm – All formal photos done, R&R, details and decor, arrivals
5:00 pm – Ceremony
5:30 pm – Cocktail hour
6:30 pm – Dinner begins
7:15 pm – Reception events: Speeches, Dances, Cake cutting, 15 mins Golden Hour photos?
8:04 pm – Sunset
8:15pm – Party time
9:30pm – Send-off
10:00 pm – Coverage concludes
Need more time? Additional hourly rates:
- Jenn: $900 for each additional hour | Pete: $600 for each additional hour
- Jr Associate: $100 for each additional hour (has to be engaged in tandem with principal photographer)

10:30pm – Send -Off
11:00 pm – Coverage concludes

Read Through Our Proposal
Once you’ve booked your venue, we will prepare your formal paperwork for you here. This will includea quote and a contract.

Secure Your Date
Your date will be secured once you sign our electronic contract and pay a 50% date reservation fee via a Quickbooks Online Invoice (emailed to you after the contract is signed).

Finalize Your Details
One month before your wedding, you’ll pay your remaining balance, and fill out a questionnaire to let us know all your final wedding details so we can provide smooth, stress-free wedding photography!
