Based on our discovery call, here’s what we suggest…
PHOTOGRAPHY COVERAGE
2 Photographers: Brandon Patoc as your principal, Luca Le as your second. 8 hours of coverage on your wedding day, July 27, 2024.
DELIVERABLES
Curated, edited high-resolution digital images in jpg format licensed to you in perpetuity royalty-free (we average a minimum of 50 photos per hour).
MINOR RETOUCHING FOR 20 SELECTS
We provide more advanced retouching for up to 20 photos, if needed. This includes enlargements, skin retouching, removal of objects.
ONLINE GALLERY & SLIDESHOW
Up to 1 year (or more if needed). Password protected with convenient retail options.
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY PLANNING
We work closely with your wedding team to make sure photography is a seamless part of your celebration. Good planning makes good photos!

PRE-EVENT COVERAGE: $1440
Photography of your Welcome Party (2 hours) and Rehearsal Dinner (2 hours) on Friday, July 2, 2024. Includes 1 Photographer (Junior Associate) for $400 per hour.
ENGAGEMENT SESSION: $810
A relaxed, one-hour photo session with Brandon within Seattle. Includes curated and edited high-res images.
Suggested Wedding Photography TIMELINE
8 Hours, Two Photographers
11:00 am – Coverage commences with getting ready photos
12:00 pm – First look, portraits around getting ready location
12:30 pm – Group formals commence (wedding party, family) around getting ready location
1:00 pm – All group formals done, transition to church
1:30 pm – Arrive at church, sequestered, arrivals
2:00 pm – Full Mass
3:00 pm – Mass concludes, signing, select group photos
3:30 pm – Transition to the Edgewater (20 mins)
4:00 pm – Remainder of Cocktail Hour coverage, extended family photos
4:30 pm – Transition to dinner
4:45 pm – Grand entrance into quick first dance?
5:00 pm – Dinner begins
5:40 pm – Speeches?
6:00 pm – Cake?
6:10 pm – Formal dances followed by party time
7:00 pm – Coverage concludes
8:00 pm – Golden hour
8:48 pm – Sunset

Secure Your Date
Your date will be secured once you sign the electronic contract, and pay a 50% date reservation fee via online funds transfer. Credit card payments can be enabled for a 2.5% convenience fee.

Finalize Your Details
One month before your wedding, you’ll pay your remaining balance, and fill out a questionnaire to let us know all your final wedding details so we can provide smooth, stress-free wedding photography!
