The two of you will be getting married next summer on Saturday July 12th 2025 at the Golf Club at Newcastle. You are looking forward to a celebration that honors your family and friends coming from both the East and West coasts.
It’s important to you that your wedding feels candid yet refined, authentic yet elegant. You want memories and moments that feel organic and real, versus anything too scripted and posed.

Based on our discovery call, here’s what we suggest…
PHOTO & VIDEO COVERAGE
2 Photographers: Jenn Tai and an Associate, up to 8 hours wedding day + 1 more with Jenn only (subbing engagement session hour)
1 Videographer: Peter Kim, up to 8 hours wedding day
DELIVERABLES
Photography: Curated, edited high-resolution digital images in jpg format licensed to you in perpetuity royalty-free (we average a minimum of 80 photos per hour).
Videography: 6-8 minute highlight reel, full footage videos of ceremony, formal speeches and dances.
MINOR RETOUCHING FOR 20 SELECTS
We provide more advanced retouching for up to 20 photos, if needed. This includes enlargements, skin retouching, removal of objects.
ONLINE GALLERY & SLIDESHOW
Up to 1 year (or more if needed). Password protected with convenient retail options.
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY PLANNING
We work closely with your wedding planner Weddings with Wendy to make sure photography is a seamless part of your celebration. Good planning makes good photos!

ENGAGEMENT SESSION: Complimentary
Since you’ve already done your engagement session, this hour can be used for your welcome party/rehearsal dinner coverage. This has already been factored in the above quote.
WEDDING BOOKS AND ALBUMS: Starting at $1,500
We offer prints, books, albums and wall art in your online gallery once your photos are ready. You can shop for these after your wedding there.
Wedding Coverage TIMELINE
9 Hours with jenn, 8 hours with a second, 8 hours with pete (video)
12:30pm – Getting ready coverage begins at staging locations
1:30pm – Separate group photos
2:10pm – All pre-ceremony photos done, arrivals, details
3:00pm – Ceremony
3:30 pm – Cocktails, signing, group photos and some portraits of happy couple, rejoin cocktails, reception details
4:45pm – Seated, dinner begins
5:45pm – Speeches?
6:00pm – Cake?
6:05pm – Formal dances?
6:15pm – Party time!
8:20pm – Golden hour photos of the happy couple
8:30pm – Video and second photographer coverage concludes
9:04 Sunset
9:30pm Coverage with Jenn concludes
Need more time? Additional hourly rates:
- Jenn: $900 for each additional hour
- Pete: $600 for each additional hour
- Second photographer: $200 for each additional hour (has to be engaged in tandem with principal photographer)

Secure Your Date
Your date will be secured once you sign the electronic contract, and pay a 50% date reservation fee via a Quickbooks Online Invoice.

Finalize Your Details
One month before your wedding, you’ll pay your remaining balance, and fill out a questionnaire to let us know all your final wedding details so we can provide smooth, stress-free wedding photography!
PLEASE NOTE: This form does not include any discounts. Your preferred planner discount will be applied on the final official quote via a system called 17hats, as will any travel expenses discussed.
Once this information is submitted, we will prepare the final quote and contract for your signatures. Final paperwork will be emailed to you within 24 hours upon submission of this form.
